1. Guests using the Club Facilities must be accompanied by the sponsoring Member, who must remain with the guest at all times.
2. Members are responsible for registering themselves and having their guests register, and for the conduct of their guests. Guest privileges may be denied or revoked in the sole discretion of the Board of Governors if the conduct of the guest does not meet standards of propriety acceptable to the Club.
3. Members are allowed two (2) guests per membership on any day. Tee times and tennis court reservations for guests on weekends and holidays may be restricted to after 10:00 a.m. at the discretion of the Golf Professionals or Main Resort Pro Shop Staff, as the case may be.
4. The Club shall have the following categories of guests who will be entitled to the privileges described below.
a. Business Guests Guests of Members who are attending a bona fide business function, i.e.: a meeting, tournament, golf outing or other business function of the sponsoring Member that has been scheduled and approved in advance by the Club Management, may be registered by the Member as a "Business Guest". Business Guests must be accompanied by the sponsoring Member. Unless prior written approval of the Club is obtained, Business Guests will not be permitted to play golf or tennis on weekends or holidays.
b. Day Guests All guests who are not Business Guests must be registered as a "Day Guest" by the sponsoring Member. Day Guests must be accompanied by, and remain with, the sponsoring Member when using the Club Facilities. The Board of Governors may, at any time, limit the number of times that a person may be a Day Guest at the Golf Club and Tennis Facilities to no more than three (3) times per calendar year if the Day Guest resides or works within a 100 mile radius of the Main Resort, which limitation shall apply even if a Day Guest were to be sponsored by a different Member each time the guest uses the Club Facilities or if he or she is a guest of more than one Member from time to time. Members sponsoring Day Guests shall be charged Day Guest fees as established by the Club from time to time.
5. Guest privileges may be withdrawn or revoked at any time at the sole and absolute discretion of the Board of Governors. Members shall be responsible for the conduct of their guests and shall be responsible for all charges made by their guests.
6. The extent of the use of the Club Facilities that may be extended to guests will be limited to the category of membership of the sponsoring Member. All guests shall be subject to all of the Club Rules.
7. Guest use of the Club Facilities may be limited during periods when the Board of Governors or the Main Resort management, in their sole discretion, believe use of the Club Facilities is or may become at or near capacity.
